We source organically grown Montana grain and stone mill it into fine, fresh flours that have the highest nutrition and flavor you can find. Our breads and pastry are carefully crafted by hand and aided by time. Long naturally fermented breads are exceptionally flavorful and the most digestible.
Combining our stone mill with Montana grain is the keystone of our process. The mill was born alongside the grain, for the spirit of the mill is the grain and the grain is the spirit in the bread.
